Brankaert, R., & Kenning, G. (2020). HCI and Design in the Context of Dementia. In Human-computer interaction series. https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-030-32835-1

The reason for this exploration is the collaboration between the Dementia & Technology Expertise Center and Alzheimer Netherlands. They will be working with 'Warm Technology'. This exploration will first delve deeper into the context in which this concept develops and what it should mean. Four roles are then explored that can be fulfilled by the Expertise Center and its network to put Warm Technology on the map.
